NOA member organisations shine at the 2019 HSJ Awards

National Orthopaedic Alliance (NOA) member organisations who were shortlisted for the 2019 HSJ Awards came out in their numbers for an award ceremony in London this week.  The awards which are in their 39th year, are among the most prestigious health service awards, attracting hundreds of entries from across the NHS and its partners.

NOA member organisations who won awards include:

Digitising Patient Services Initiative – Barts Health Trust and Explain My Procedure – Animation Supported Consent

Reservist Support Initiative Award – The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals FT – Newcastle Hospitals – Forces Friendly

Those Highly commended include:

HSJ Partnership of the Year – North Bristol Trust and PwC – Digitally Enabling Patient Flow

Acute or Specialist Trust of the Year – The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital FT

Ann Hoey, Deputy Director of the NOA said, “On behalf of the NOA I’d like to extend a hearty congratulations to all of our member organisations who took home awards and were highly commended at the 2019 HSJ Awards.
