Blog: Meet Alice Fabre, NOA’s new Interim Programme Director

Alice Fabre, NOA Interim Programme Director

In our latest NOA blog post, NOA’s new Interim Programme Director Alice introduces introduces herself and shares what she is currently working on for the NOA. Here’s what she had to say…

I’m really pleased to take on the role of Interim Programme Director here at the National Orthopaedic Alliance (NOA), succeeding Ann Hoey who has recently announced her retirement.  My background is in health policy, public affairs and management consultancy and I have worked with a range of public and private sector clients.
As we embark on the journey ahead, I’m focused on shaping a strategy and workplan for the NOA for 2024/25. This plan must meet the needs of our member organisations as well as preserving and enhancing elements of our existing work programme that deliver value, including our webinars and the annual conference.
Over the next few weeks, I will connect with each member trust as well as key partner organisations, seeking insights to inform our direction. If I haven’t reached out to schedule a meeting with you yet and you wish to contribute your thoughts, please don’t hesitate to contact  me via Your input would be greatly appreciated.
I am pleased to have the opportunity to collaborate closely with members and key partners in the year ahead, and I look forward to the positive impact we will create together.
