- Anji Kingman, National PROMs Network Co-ordinator and Clinical Outcomes Manager (Northumbria Healthcare NHSFT): The background and development of the National PROMs Network. Anji was joined by Professor Mike Reed and Mr Ajay Malviya, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeons from Northumbra Healthcare NHSFT.
- Sammy Davies, Quality Outcomes Manager (The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital NHSFT): The national audit, EMPROVE (Evaluating the Measures in Patient Reported Outcomes, Values & Experiences) is allowing further investigations into the variations in PROMs data from collection methods, what PROMs are collected, how the data is reported in trusts and benchmarking nationally. Rebecca was joined by Mr Ben Coupe, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Wrightington Hospital.
