NOA quarterly meeting – 3 March 2020

The next NOA quarterly meeting will take place on Tuesday 3 March 2020 from 10am – 4.30pm.

Presentations on the day will include:

  • Virtual Workforce- AI and Robotic process automation – Isobel George, Senior Robotics Developer (East Sussex and North Essex NHSFT)
  • OrthoNav Holocare- using AR to virtually diagnose and plan hip & pelvis surgery – Ola Wiig, Consultant Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon (Oslo University Hospital, Norway) & Project Lead for Orthonav,and Ben Park Digital Practice Director, AI & Intelligent automation (Sopra Steria)
  • Revision Knee replacement in the NHS- Mr Andy Toms, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon (RD&E)
  • Joint Reconstruction Unit Robotics- Professor John Skinner, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon (RNOH)
  • The eVFC: the digitised Virtual Fracture Clinic pathway- Mr Peter Domos, Consultant Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgeon (Royal Free London NHSFT)
  • Benefits of Copeland’s Risk Adjusted Barometer (CRAB)- Rob Hurd, CEO (RNOH) and Dr Mark Ratnarajah, (C2-Ai)
